Name five things you have done whilst on your work placements?
1. Attend Board Meetings and present to the Managing Directors/Main Board
2. Produce a Planning Framework for the Group to aid the planning application process
3. Instruct Solicitors and Counsel to instigate an accelerated procedure through the courts
4. Coordinate internal and external technical teams in order to appraise land acquisitions when bidding for new business - including negotiating with landowners, agents and planners in piecing together strategic acquisitions, development agreements and planning consents
5. Coordinate and present a Countryside Properties sponsored Built Environment Award at a local technical college
What do you aspire to?
