What attracted you to Countryside Properties?
A well recognised National Housebuilder/developer with a head office local to where I live. This has enabled me to gain experience in different aspects of property development, complementing my degree course.

How would you describe Countryside Properties as an employer?
They realise the importance of encouraging and supporting young people to gain entry into the industry. As a diverse company with a broad remit, Countryside can provide trainees/graduates with a broad level of experience within the development industry, working with a broad range of people and disciplines. This can only be of benefit in helping me decide where I want to specialise in the future.

Name five things you have done whilst on your work placements?
1. Visiting potential sites and producing reports on viability.
2. Assisted in producing financial appraisals of potential development sites.
3. Involved with the full sales process of individual schemes such as Waterstone Park and GMV.
4. Attended regular meetings to assess current sales activity with the sales team.
5. Involved in the process of marketing current development sites.

What do you aspire to?
A successful future career in the property industry.
