Working in partnership, Moat and Countryside Properties are currently undertaking the £60m regeneration of the Christian Fields Estate in Gravesend, Kent.  The development comprises 425 high quality new homes, of which 213 will be for outright sale, providing cross subsidy for the 212 rent and shared ownership properties. English Partnerships has also contributed £9.95m to the successful delivery of the project.

We have been working with Swan Housing Association since 2006 on the regeneration of their Crossways Estate in Tower Hamlets.

Grahame Park Estate, Colindale

The first main phase includes the construction of 319 mixed-tenure homes and a community facility, together with associated infrastructure which is due for completion in 2012. The regeneration programme is being led by Choices for Grahame Park, a subsidiary of the Genesis Housing Group, working in conjunction with the London Borough of Barnet.

3,000 new homes will be provided in total and around 1,000 existing homes will be retained and refurbished. New shops, community facilities and parks will also be created as part of the masterplan for 'New Hendon Village'.

We are providing a unique package of services including a 'one stop' development service in which we are not only constructing the new homes, but also providing development management and sales and marketing consultancy services for Choices for Grahame Park.

Countryside Properties has been selected by East London Housing Association Poplar HARCA as development partner for the regeneration of the Leopold Estate in Tower Hamlets.

Lymington Place, Chadwell Heath

The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) has allocated £4.7 million through its 'Kickstart Programme' to accelerate the delivery of 600 mixed-tenure, affordable new homes at Lymington Fields in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham.

Working with the Metropolitan Housing Trust, the development is to be built on the 12.9-hectare former Further Education College site in the Chadwell Heath and Becontree area of Dagenham.

New Broughton, Salford

This large regeneration scheme is situated in Salford, less than 1 mile from Manchester city centre and will comprise in the region of 3500 new mixed tenure homes. In addition to new residential accommodation, the development will also include a new two-form entry primary school with children's centre, an extensive new parkland area and new community, leisure and commercial facilities.

The first two completed phases of the scheme comprised 610 new 2, 3 & 4 bedroom houses and 1 & 2 bedroom apartments for private sale and for social rent. The next phases now available comprise a further 349 new homes for private sale and for rent through our RSL partners.

The regeneration of New Broughton is being carried out by a partnership between Salford City Council and Countryside Properties in conjunction with RSL partners Contour Housing Group and Great Places Housing Group.

Barham Park Estate, Sudbury, Wembley

Countryside Properties working in partnership with Notting Hill Housing and the London Borough of Brent, has received planning consent for the phased demolition and redevelopment of the Barham Park estate in the London Borough of Brent.

Detailed approval has been granted for phase one, and outline approval for the overall masterplan that includes phases two and three. The site totals approximately 5.65 acres and is located between Wembley and Harrow on the Hill.

Phase one will produce 51 maisonettes and flats for affordable rent, 31 flats for shared ownership sale and 37 homes for private sale.

Canning Town and Custom House

We are undertaking the first phase of this important regeneration project for the London Borough of Newham.  It will provide 600 new mixed-tenure homes, together with new school buildings and a playground for Keir Hardie Primary School, community facilities and high quality open space.
A range of tenures will be integrated throughout the development.  The dwellings will consist of apartments, maisonettes and houses, with a strong emphasis on family homes. 

Once all the demolition is complete, work on the first new homes is due to begin in late 2010.

Loughborough Park Estate, South London

Countryside Properties PLC has been selected by the Guinness Trust as its housebuilder partner for the £105million regeneration of the Trust's Loughborough Park Estate in South London.

The estate, which was built in the 1930's, now wishes to replace the 390 existing homes with a new, mixed tenure scheme comprising approximately 530 new homes together with community and other facilities.

South Acton Estate, West London

Countryside Properties and L&Q have been selected by the London Borough of Ealing as development partner to regenerate Ealing's largest housing estate, South Acton. It will involve the development of around 2,600 new mixed-tenure homes on a prominent 40-acre site.

Following further consultation with residents, the masterplan for the regeneration will be completed in 2010.
