We have more than 20 years' experience of providing our partners with an unparalleled range of expertise and services in regeneration and affordable housing.
We have now undertaken more than 35 estate regeneration schemes with local authorities and housing associations. These have brought new life and vitality to run-down urban areas.
We are highly skilled in creating integrated developments with a wide range of tenures. They are predominantly 'tenure blind' developments where it is not possible to distinguish the tenure of individual buildings or homes.

Uniquely Placed in the Sector
We also undertake stand-alone and multi-phase design and build contracts for both new and refurbished homes, on all types of sites. Over the last 25 years we have built more than 15,000 homes in partnership with housing associations and local authorities.
The refurbishment work that we have undertaken has ranged from the total modernisation of internal accomodation to comprehensive refurbishment.
We are therefore ideally placed to create affordable housing opportunities for our housing association and local authority partners in London, the South East and North West, primarily through planning agreements, estate regeneration, mixed-use schemes and joint ventures.
We were members of the HCA’s original Delivery Partner Panel (DPP) and have subsequently been chosen as a member of DPP2 for the South East, Midlands and Northern Lots. We are also members of the GLA's London Development Panel.

"We have a long, productive and successful relationship working in close partnership together. We have found that Countryside has matched our long-term commitment to communities. In all our projects together they have generated a lasting commitment to regeneration.
