We have unrivalled expertise in estate regeneration and have undertaken more than 30 mixed-tenure estate regeneration schemes with local authorities and housing associations in the last 15 years. These have brought new life to run-down urban areas.
We are highly skilled in creating integrated developments with a wide range of tenures. Increasingly these are 'tenure blind' developments where the differing tenures are 'pepper potted' throughout the scheme.
Uniquely Placed in the Sector
Our design and build activities are a very important part of the Group’s integrated approach to mixed-use and mixed-tenure development. We are therefore ideally placed to create affordable housing opportunities for our housing association and local authority partners, primarily through planning agreements, estate regeneration, mixed-use schemes and joint ventures.
