Countryside Properties now has the full relevant suite of International Management Standards from the British Standards Institute. The progress to date of our quality management systems is:
- 100% of the Group is certified to ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System.
- 100% of the Group is certified to ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System.
- 100% of the Group has been certified to OHSAS 18001:1999 Occupational Health and Safety Series since 2002.
- 100% of the Group has been certified to Investor in People since 2000.
We have regular internal and external audits to monitor compliance and generate improvements to our Quality Management System, as well as regular training programmes to ensure that our people, suppliers and contractors are up-to-date with emerging practices and procedures relative to quality improvement.
We believe that performance monitoring is essential in ensuring continuous improvements through the life of all our projects.
